WataCrackaz AutoSMS Toolbar for Firefox
My first attempt at a Firefox extension has resulted in the seemingly well received WataCrackaz AutoSMS toolbar.
It allows you to send SMS messages to cell phones for free directly from your browser. Did I mention they were free?
The goal is to support as many carriers as humanly possible. It's currently very west heavy with all carriers as of this writing hailing from the Caribbean, the United States or Canada. Fortunately, the carrier list in the toolbar is dynamic and is read from the WataCrackaz server, so when a new carrier is added you needn't download a newer version of the toolbar.
Carriers will be added frequently, so install the toolbar and keep checking the list to see what carriers are new.
If anyone would like to contribute I'm looking for volunteers to help compile a concise list of carriers as well as make suggestions for features, but the carrier list is paramount.
